Adam Keville

Adam Keville has been the Regional Director of the Stacks London office for over 7 years. Adam has been in the London property industry for 16 years, 11 years of which he has acted as a buying agent for private clients.  His experience has enabled him over the years to help and successfully represent domestic and overseas buyers to acquire many types of residential properties in the prime London market.  

 

He believes that one of the principal necessities of being a property search agent is managing client’s expectations.  ‘Good communication with clients is paramount in our business. The market is forever changing, especially in the current financial climate, and we must be able to translate that efficiently to our clients and advise them accordingly.’ 

 

Adam also underlines the importance of good sound advice and local market intelligence being vital to each and every residential purchase. ‘ We are here to ensure that all aspects of every property search that we conduct for our clients is covered using the benefits of our contacts and our experience wether that is to do with the type of building, the particular location and most importantly the budget. After all, our clients depend on our experience and guidance since this allows them to make the right decisions at the right price!’

Sara Ransom

Sara has been working in the property industry for over thirteen years. She began her career with a graduate training scheme with one of the country’s most highly regarded estate agencies and has worked in South West and Central London. She then moved in to the buying industry three years ago, working for Phil Spencer (from Channel 4′s ‘Location, location, location’) before joining Stacks London. Sara has a huge amount of experience across London and believes firmly that making a financial decision as important as buying a property in London is something which should be researched thoroughly and carefully as well as being an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
